E-TM Spring Suspension Mounts
These spring mounts are intended for suspended applications and provide the high levels of deflection required for the isolation of HVAC healthy ventilation and air conditioning systems within occupied buildings. Deflection at rated load is 25mm for all of these mounts.
Materials
Steel spring and metal outer casing are zinc plated steel. Natural rubber ‘grommet’
Applications
Any suspended vibrating load such as fans, air blowers,air-conditioning units etc.
Installation
For ease of installation, the spring can be removed whilst the housing is screwed to the supporting structure using a suitable bolt/washer. Chemical anchor bolts may be preferred for fixing into concrete. Once fixed, the spring can be rplaced and an M10 drop rod (or M12 for E-TM-50 and above) passed through from below and secured with a washer and lock-nut.
