A new multiple interleaf plate rubber spring has been introduced to suit specific high load and high shock applications.
The compact design (150mm dia x 180mm) high incorporates Sherardized steel interleaf plates and a special internal/external rubber profile providing high load capacity.
These mounts may be used as conventional compression mounts or, by utilising the through bore, can be used s fail-safe suspension mounts.
Normal load capacity is 30KN (3 tons) giving 16mm of deflection. However under shock conditions, deflections up to 40mm can be accommodated (200KN).
Applications include rolling mills, heavy industry handling, mining.

Reduced height derivatives from our popular SP range of mounts are now available in any of our standard rubber materials. These are also available in stainless steel and with some thread variants. Item shown is the 15040SP mount.
A larger ‘P6’ size – our part no 180100SP with M24 tapped hole as standard, is also available to satisfy demand for a higher capacity rating compared to our 15080SP. This mount will be available initially only in Sherardized steel but a stainless steel version will be available later in the year. Load capacity within the range will be from 1000 to 5000Kg according to the material and construction (some versions will have an interleaf plate)
Small Spherical Bump Stop – Imperial
A new small bump stop is available with either 6-32UNC x ¼” male thread or M4 x 10mm and in different rubber hardnesses and compounds.
R-4 Series Fully Encapsulated Mounts - click here
The New R-4 series of Neoprene mounts has a fully encapsulated metal base and top plate (tapped M12) for exposed applications. The initial range is for up to 700 or 1000Kg loading but 1400 and 1800Kg mounts will be on-stream shortly.
Plate Mounted Rectangular Bumper
A special heavy duty bumper is available for industrial applications. In standard form the base plate is 10mm thick 316 stainless steel with 50ShA EPDM rubber. Loading is up to 20KN shock load. This item can also be used as a heavy duty foot for vibratory loads up to 1200Kg

A new rubber/metal bonded foot 100 dia x 40mm high is available for loads from 150 to 400Kg for the 60ShA Nitrile rubber standard version This product is provided in stainless steel as standard and in any of our standard rubber materials to suit different conditions. The threaded portion is standard at M20 but can also be provided with M16 thread and in different lengths.
Encapsulated Stud Extender (Rubber Cone – M12)
Designed for construction applications, these rubber cones comprise a 50mm long M12 hexagonal insert for joining studding securely.
Large Engine Mounts
These heavy duty ‘simple’ engine mounts provide a substantial rubber element for isolation but can be provided with various top plate options – typically a pair of tapped holes up to M24 as illustrated. Normal loading is up to 1500Kg for the 70ShA version.
